How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel your booking directly from your account.
From the Web:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Select My Bookings
- Choose Upcoming Bookings
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click Cancel Booking
From the Mobile App:
- Tap Bookings
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Booking
Please note that cancellation fees may apply. Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, which can be found in our Terms of Service.
When will my deposit be refunded after my rental?
You can cancel your booking directly from your account.
