To ensure a smooth pickup and safe towing experience, the towing vehicle must meet the following requirements:
7-pin electrical connection & brake controller required
• Rental trucks from Lowe's or Home Depot will NOT work (they have 4-pin hookups and no brake controller).
2-5/16" ball hitch required
All requirements must be met before pickup
• Equipment will not be provided at pickup
• If requirements are not met, the rental cannot proceed
Return timing:
• 0–1 hour late: Grace period (no charge)
• 1–3 hours late: $75 late fee
• 3+ hours late: Charged as an additional full rental day ($150)
If you think you may be more than 3 hours late, please let me know as soon as possible so I can submit an extension on your rental and avoid any issues.
