You can place the ratchets and tie downs anywhere at 2-inch intervals along both sides of the trailer to make for ease of tie down both front and back of your car. This provides a much better securement to the trailer to insure you arrive at your destination with your vehicle safe and sound. A full size matching spare trailer wheel/tire is included. I specifically chose this trailer for ease of towing my Corvettes using a Nissan Frontier 4x4 as my tow rig. Your tow vehicle needs to be equipped with a standard 2-inch receiver and ideally you would have an electric brake controller to integrate with the electric brakes on all 4 trailer wheels. Please check your vehicles towing capacity prior to completing your rental agreement. All of my trailers have gone thru a safety inspection process checking brakes, bearings, tires, lights & safety chains to insure you have a safe and uneventful rental experience.
