Tilt function is a manual jack at front very easy and convenient to operate with a long sweeping dove tail the last 4 feet so it is great for loading lower ground clearance vehicles and equipment. No awkward ramps to deal with! 18' long 7' wide. 2-5/16" ball. One fender removable for easier loading of wider rigs. Has trailer brakes as well. Sorry, currently no winch mounted to trailer.
