What is My Reservations?

My Reservations allows owners to manage bookings in one centralized place — including renters who found you outside of Neighbors Trailer.

When you use My Reservations:

You keep 100% of your rental rate
You still receive the owner benefits offered through Neighbors Trailer

How My Reservations Works

My Reservations can be used in two ways:

1. Create a Reservation for an Outside Renter

If a renter finds you outside of the Neighbors Trailer platform, you can create the reservation directly in My Reservations to manage the booking within your account.

2. Book a Repeat Renter

For repeat renters (including those who previously booked with you through Neighbors Trailer), you can:

Select their name from the dropdown menu
Their information will automatically populate
Complete the reservation quickly without re-entering details

How to Access My Reservations

From the Mobile App

Open the app and sign in.
Select More in the bottom-right corner.
Tap My Reservations.
Select Add Reservation to create a new booking.
