- Trailer rental fee: the daily, weekly or monthly rate set by the owner and shown on the listing.
- Refundable deposit: set by the owner and shown on the listing. It's refunded after the trailer is returned without incident, once the owner ends the rental.
- Booking fee: 10% of the rental subtotal, with a $10 minimum. It also applies to extensions, add-ons and delivery. Non-refundable once the booking is accepted.
- Deposit processing fee: 3% of the deposit amount. Non-refundable.
- Damage Waiver: charged per rental day; the rate depends on the trailer.
- Delivery: if you choose delivery, the owner's per-mile rate applies.
- Taxes: sales tax may be collected where required by law.
