New listing won't submit. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble submitting your listing, please check the following:
- Your listing description contains at least 200 characters. (The character counter will turn from red to green once the minimum is met.)
- All required fields are completed.
- At least four (4) photos of your trailer have been uploaded.
- A dry weight is entered.
- A license plate is entered, or you've chosen Opt out of toll handling. Without either, you'll see "Add your license plate to submit for review."
Incomplete information is the most common reason a listing won’t submit.
