How does account credit work?
Account credit is money held on your Neighbors Trailer account to use on a future booking.
How you get it
When you cancel an accepted booking 24 hours or more before it starts, you can choose a Cash refund to your card or Account credit. Account credit gives you more back than the cash refund. You'll see both amounts before you choose.
What goes to credit, and what goes back to your card
Account credit covers the rental portion. Your deposit, Protection Package fee and any tax are refunded to your card, not added to credit.
