How do I share my pickup address and phone number with the renter after accepting a booking?

After you accept a booking, your phone number and pickup address are automatically shared with the renter—unless you have turned off automatic sharing in your Profile settings.

If automatic sharing is disabled, you can still manually share your contact information at any time after accepting a booking. There are two ways to do this: through the booking details page or the message portal.

Sharing contact information from the message portal

Once a booking is accepted, the following icons will appear above the chat input field in the message portal:

Share phone number
Share address
Send photo or file

Select the appropriate icon to share your contact details directly with the renter.

Sharing your pickup address from the booking page

From the Mobile App

Go to your Dashboard.
Select My Bookings.
Choose Upcoming Bookings.
Open the booking and select the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Share Location and enter your pickup address.
Select Submit.

From the Website

Go to your Dashboard.
Select My Bookings.
Choose Upcoming Bookings.
Select the three dots under the Action column for the booking.
Select Share Location, enter your pickup address, and submit.

Once shared, the renter will be able to view your pickup address and contact information.
