How do I archive a conversation?

Archiving a message thread allows you to remove it from your active message list without permanently deleting it. You can still access the conversation later if needed.

If you archive a conversation and need to restore it, simply send a new message in that thread and it will reappear in your active messages.

From the Neighbors Trailer App

Open the app and select Messages from the bottom menu.
Locate the conversation you would like to archive.
Tap the red archive icon on the far right of the conversation.

From the Website

Select Messages from the main menu.
Locate the conversation you want to archive.
Click the black circle button under the Action column.
Select Archive Chat.
