How do I respond to a message from a renter?
You can view and reply to renter messages through the Neighbors Trailer app or website.
From the Neighbors Trailer App
- Open the app and select Messages from the bottom menu.
- Tap the conversation you would like to respond to.
- Enter your message and tap Send.
After a booking has been accepted, you will also have the ability to:
- Share your contact information
- Send photos
- Upload files
From the Website
- Select Messages from the main menu.
- Choose the conversation you want to open.
- Enter your response and click Send.
Once a booking has been accepted, you will be able to share contact information, photos, and files within the message thread.
