You can end an active rental directly from your Neighbors Trailer account by following the steps below.
How to end a rental
From the Mobile App
- Select Bookings.
- Choose Current Bookings.
- Open the booking and select End Rental.
- Upload a minimum of four new photos of the trailer taken at the time the rental is ending.
- Confirm the current date and time.
- Enter any relevant remarks.
- If there is no damage, loss, or unpaid rental fees, select End Rental to complete the process.
- If there is damage, loss, or unpaid rental fees, select the Deposit Deduction Request option, enter the required information, and then select End Rental.
Once submitted, the rental will be marked as complete.
