How can I exchange a booked trailer for a different one?
If your booking is accepted, you can switch to another trailer from the same owner without cancelling. Open the booking in My bookings, select Change trailer, and follow the steps.
- Price difference: a more expensive trailer is charged the difference, and a cheaper one is refunded the difference. The owner may choose to waive the difference.
- Coupons can be applied to the new trailer.
- You can change trailers more than once on the same booking.
- A Damage Waiver you already paid for carries over, so it isn't charged again.
The adjustment appears on your receipt as "Transferred Adjustment Amount."
