- Pick dates and a pickup time, then select Book Now.
- Add extras (optional): choose any add-ons or delivery the owner offers.
- Verify and pay: confirm your account, complete ID verification, and enter your card. Checkout shows one total due, with the full breakdown.
Your card is held, not charged, until the owner accepts. The owner has up to 72 hours to respond. Once they accept, you're charged and the exact pickup address appears on your booking page with Get directions. If the trailer comes back without issues, your deposit refund starts when the owner ends the rental.
