Follow these steps to book a trailer rental on Neighbors Trailer:

Step 1: Search for a Trailer

1. Visit NeighborsTrailer.com.
2. Enter your city and state in the Location search field.
3. Click Search to view available trailers in your area.

Step 2: Select a Trailer

1. Browse the available listings.
2. Choose the trailer that best fits your needs.
3. Review details such as size, weight capacity, pricing, and pickup location.

Step 3: Choose Dates & Start the Booking

1. Select your desired rental dates from the calendar.
2. Choose your pickup time.
3. Click Book Now.

Step 4: Complete Required Information

1. Enter all required fields.
2. Confirm your email address or phone number.
3. Upload a photo of your valid driver’s license to complete identity verification.

Step 5: Enter Payment Information

1. Enter your payment details.
2. Select Pay to submit your booking request.

Your card will be authorized at the time of booking but will not be charged until the trailer owner accepts the booking.

You will receive a notification by text and/or email once the booking is accepted.

After acceptance:

• The trailer owner’s contact information will be automatically shared with you.
• If the owner has disabled automatic sharing, they will manually release their contact information.

Deposit Refunds

If the trailer is returned without incident, the deposit refund will be initiated after the rental is properly closed.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
