When a trailer is returned, select “End Rental” from the Current Booking page. At that time, you’ll have the option to withhold part or all of the renter’s deposit by selecting the Deposit Deduction Request box and entering the request details and amount.
You may deduct up to the total deposit amount set in your listing.
If the total cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, note the full damage amount in the Deposit Deduction Request and contact Neighbors Trailer Customer Support for next steps.
