How Do I Accept an Extension Requested by A Trailer Owner?
If a trailer owner sends you an extension request, you’ll be able to review and either accept or dispute it. Be sure to respond as soon as you receive the request.
To accept or dispute an extension request, follow these steps:
- Select Dashboard (web) or More (app)
- Tap My Extension Requests
- Select View Details
- Enter a comment in the Remarks field
- Choose Accept or Dispute
- Select Inform Owner
This will notify the trailer owner of your decision.
