When booking a trailer on Neighbors Trailer, your total cost may include the following fees:

Trailer Rental Fee

This is the daily, weekly, or monthly rate set by the trailer owner.
The rental rate is displayed on the listing page before booking.

Refundable Security Deposit

The deposit amount is set by the trailer owner and is shown on the listing page.

The deposit is refundable after the trailer is returned without damage, loss, or unpaid charges. Refunds are initiated once the rental is properly ended in the system.

Booking Fee

Neighbors Trailer charges a booking fee to help cover platform operating costs.

• The booking fee is 10% of the rental fee, with a $10 minimum.
• This fee is non-refundable once the booking is accepted.

Deposit Processing Fee

A 3% deposit processing fee may apply.
This fee is non-refundable.

Protection Package Fee

A variable Protection Package fee may apply.
This fee provides rental protection coverage for both the renter and the trailer owner during the rental period.

Taxes

If required by your state or local jurisdiction, applicable sales tax may be collected at the time of booking.

Possible Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply if:

• The rental is extended
• The trailer is returned late
• There is damage, loss, or unpaid fees
• Toll charges are incurred (if applicable)
